Vertical/Horizontal, Ratio 3~100
The low-speed 1/3 phase AC motor adds a reduction gearbox with power from100W to 3.7kW. It supports the horizontal and vertical installation. The transmission ratio of 3:1 ~ 100:1 is optional. It is recommended to use the brake on the electric reduction motor to stop the machine safely.

Gear Motors Working Principle
- A geared motor is an integrated body of a reducer and a motor. It is generally decelerated by meshing the large gear on the output shaft with the gear with a small number of teeth on the input shaft of the gear reducer motor, the internal combustion engine, or other high-speed power. In the gear transmission of the motor, the notch direction of the gear teeth has a certain angle with the gear surface.
- When two gear teeth are on a helical gear system mesh, the point of contact starts at one end of the gear teeth and gradually moves to the other end as the gear rotates until the two gear teeth fully mesh.
- Among them, the role of the gear reducer is to provide a lower speed and a larger torque. At the same time, different reduction ratios of the gearbox can provide different speeds and torques.
